Our Story

At Lancashire Sports Repairs, our story is rooted in a family passion for the outdoors and the art of repair. Founded in 1994 by David, a qualified footwear technologist with a background in manufacturing, we began as a small repair shop, dedicated to extending the life of outdoor footwear.

David’s love for hiking, fell running and cycling meant he knew firsthand the importance of gear that stands the test of time.

What started with serving other outdoor enthusiasts quickly grew. Soon, brands also began turning to us to repair their products and we expanded into repairing clothing and a variety of other equipment.

All of our team are trained in-house, blending traditional skills with a specialised expertise in outdoor gear repair.
