Baffle Replacement

Baffle Repairs

Depending on the damage, we've a few ways to repair it. Clean tears can often be stitched, which is useful for smaller tears or cases where we cannot get a close fabric match. Our preferred method, is to use new material and cover the damaged baffles.

Zip Replacement Service

We offer a comprehensive zip replacement service covering main and pocket zips. All of our zips are from YKK and we stock Coil, Vislon, Aquaguard and Aquaguard Vislon. Whilst we cannot guarantee to match your original colour, we stock a selection of colours for each type of zip to ensure a suitable replacement.

Zip Slider Replacement

Our zip slider replacement service is ideal for cases where the zip itself is in good condition but the original slider is failing. Whilst we may not be able match the original slider, we can replace it with a compatible component restoring smooth functionality without having to replace the zip entirely.

Press stud (Popper) Replacement

We stock a range of press studs suitable for replacing broken and missing studs. If your broken stud is internal, such as inside a storm flap, don’t worry we can replace these too!

Velcro Replacement

Whether it’s your cuff Velcro, storm cover Velcro or hood Velcro, we can remove and replace it to ensure that it fastens correctly. If your jacket has tabs on the cuffs which are damaged, we can also make new fabric tabs to replace them.

Draw Cord Replacement

Damaged draw cord or cord lock? Whether it’s the hem, waist or hood cord we can remove and replace it.

Unfortunately, no. We cannot guarantee an exact match for material or components. However, we stock a wide range and will do our best to match as closely as possible.
We can top up damaged baffles with new down during the repair process but we cannot completely refill a garment.
Yes, we can wash down filled items. However, we cannot guarantee to remove stubborn stains.
