Whether it’s a torn baffle on a RAB coat or a damaged zip on a Patagonia Parka, we see hundreds of different styles of jackets each year and are here to help. As with all of our repairs, functionality is at the heart and we will aim to keep the repair as discreet as possible. Unless of course, you want to stand out from the crowd! We stock a wide range of fabrics and zips but we cannot guarantee to match your original exactly.

Types of Repair
Baffle Repairs
A baffle is a pocket of insolation that holds the down in place. If you have damage to a baffle on your jacket, we have a couple of methods of repair. If the tear is quite small and the material hasn’t frayed, we may be able to stitch it. The most popular method, that is suitable for all types of damage, is a baffle covering where we follow the original stitch lines and cover over the damaged area. We are also able to top up the down on the damaged areas.
Zip Replacement Service
We offer a comprehensive zip replacement service covering main and pocket zips. All of our zips are from YKK and we stock Coil, Vislon, Aquaguard and Aquaguard Vislon. Whilst we cannot guarantee to match your original colour, we stock a selection of colours for each type of zip to ensure a suitable replacement.
Zip Slider Replacement
Our zip slider replacement service is ideal for cases where the zip itself is in good condition but the original slider is failing. Whilst we may not be able match the original slider, we can replace it with a compatible component restoring smooth functionally without having to replace the zip entirely.
Press stud (Popper) Replacement
We stock a range of press studs suitable for replacing broken and missing studs. If your broken stud is internal, such as inside a storm flap, don’t worry we can replace these too!
Velcro Replacement
Whether it’s your cuff Velcro, storm cover Velcro or hood Velcro we can remove and replace it to ensure that it fastens correctly. If your jacket has tabs on the cuffs which are damaged, we can also make new fabric tabs to replace them.
Draw Cord Replacement
Damaged draw cord or cord lock? Whether it’s the hem, waist or hood cord we can remove and replace it. We offer services for individual cords or a complete replacement of up to three draw cords.
