Types of Repair

Zip Slider Replacement

Our zip slider replacement service is ideal for cases where the zip itself is in good condition but the original slider is failing. Whilst we may not be able match the original slider, we can replace it with a compatible component restoring smooth functionally without having to replace the zip entirely.

Zip Replacement Service

We offer a comprehensive zip replacement service covering main zips, pocket zips, vent zips and leg zips. All of our zips are from YKK and we stock Coil, Vislon, Aquaguard and Aquaguard Vislon. Whilst we cannot guarantee to match your original colour, we stock a selection of colours for each type of zip to ensure a suitable replacement. Plus, if your original zips have taped seams, we will replace the tape to keep it fully functional.

Stitching

Whether it is a small areas of stitching or large split seams, out technicians are here to put your beloved rucksack back together.

Webbing strap replacement

If your webbing is looking worn or snapped completely, we stock a variety of different colours and width to ensure your rucksack still performs correctly.

Elastic binding replacement

Our binding replacement services is for cases where areas such as the hood or pockets have become stretched and lost their original shape. Replacing the binding helps to restore the original structure and performance.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to match material and components exactly however, we stock a wide range and will match as closely as we can.

No, we aren’t able to source straps for replacement.

No, it is not possible to repair or replace the padding on straps.

Unfortunately, no. If your rucksack has a waterproof membrane that is breaking down then there is nothing that can be done to repair that. It will likely continue to get worse and show in other areas.
