Resole With Front and Rear Crampon Notch

This resole option includes a replacement of the outsole, midsole, front and rear crampon notches.
It is suitable for boots such as the La Sportiva Nepal.

Resole with rear crampon notch only

This resole option includes a replacement of the outsole, midsole and rear crampon notch. We stock a few different units of this style and will fit the most suitable for your boots.

Stitching

Using advanced techniques, we can repair broken stitching without causing any damage to waterproof membranes.

D-ring/Lace hook replacement

We can replace damaged d-rings and lace hooks on boots without causing damage to the waterproof membrane. We stock a range of replacement parts however, we cannot guarantee to match your original exactly.

Heel Linings

If you have worn through or damaged the linings around the heel cup, we can fit a thin piece of leather to cover the damaged area.

Patching

Even the best materials can become worn and start to crack. We can patch over damaged areas without affecting waterproof membranes. We cannot guarantee to match the colour so this type of repair is often noticeable but it is functional and ensures your boots are ready for the next adventures.

Yes, we stock many original units however, we aren’t able to source them for every make and model. If we do not have the original, it is likely we will hold a compatible unit.

This depends on the model of boots. For some, the crampon notches are part of the sole unit and will be replaced with the resole however, for boots such as the La Sportiva Nepal’s, they are separate and the cost is on the price list. The midsole is the part of the sole unit responsible for shock absorption and comfort. They can take many different forms but please see our resole video for more information on identifying them.

Yes, a rand can be replaced but depending on it’s shape and size, we may only be able to replace the front half of it. Any rand replacement can only be carried out with a full resole.
